Flow International Group provides high-quality, real-time leads to agents looking to grow their business. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing leads, including delivery, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Lead Delivery

Purchased leads are delivered in real-time to the agent's CRM within 24 hours. Leads are matched to the agent’s specified preferences, including language, territory, and type of lead.

2. No Refund Policy:

All lead purchases are final. However, in the event that duplicate leads are provided (i.e., a lead previously purchased by the same agent), agents may request a replacement or refund. To qualify for this, the agent must report the duplication within 48 hours of receiving the lead, and provide evidence of the duplicate status. Beyond this timeframe, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

3. Lead Purchase Preferences:

Agents can manage their lead purchase settings, including pausing or resuming lead deliveries, at any time through the agent portal or by contacting our support team. Any changes to lead delivery settings will only apply to future purchases and will not affect previously purchased leads.

4. Payment Processing:

Payments for lead purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, leads will begin delivery based on the agent's selected preferences. Payment-related issues should be addressed to our support team at it@flowinternationalgroup.com.

5. Cancellation of Lead Purchases:

Agents can stop purchasing leads at any time by pausing their account. However, this does not affect leads that have already been delivered, and no refunds or cancellations will be processed for previously delivered leads.

6. Dispute Resolution:

Agents are encouraged to contact our support team within 48 hours if there is an issue with lead quality, such as duplicate leads. After 48 hours, no disputes will be considered unless an exception is granted by Flow International Group.

7. Compliance with Stripe Policies:

Our fulfillment policy complies with Stripe's card network policies to ensure a secure and transparent transaction process. We adhere to the highest standards of data protection and privacy for all lead transactions.
