Insurance companies highly value life insurance agents and understand the importance of protecting their agents' professional well-being. That's why they require agents to obtain Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance.
This coverage is like a safety net that brings peace of mind and financial security to agents, even though professional errors or negligence incidents are rare.

Please ensure you download your insurance certificate, as it is necessary to include it in your contracting paperwork for our upcoming step.
3. Get Contracted with our Leading Carriers
National Life Group (NLG) E-Contracting Process:
We sent the National Life Group E-Contracting email to your email address from nlgecontracting@nationallife.com.
Please open the email and complete the e-contracting process.
Please note that you will need to upload your E&O Insurance Certificate.
Please also check your spam folder for any emails
related to completing the e-contracting process.
Fidelity and Guaranty (F&G) E-Contracting Process:
To get contracted with F&G, please complete the F&G Contracting Paperwork.
Once you have successfully completed the e-contracting, please note that it typically takes approximately 2-4 business days for you to receive your agent number and gain access to the agent portal. For any inquiries, please send an email to contracting@flowinternationalgroup.com
3. Log in to your CRM system
After completing your F&G Contracting Paperwork, please wait 24 hours to log in to your NextLevel CRM system and familiarize yourself with the tools available to you.
Your username is your Email Address
Your password is NextLevel1%.For any CRM inquiries or if you are not able to log in to your CRM system, please contact your Mentor or send an email to IT@flowinternationalgroup.com
